The CDC requires Public Health inspections for cruise ships entering the US from foreign ports. If a ship does not pass, it has a short time to fix issues or it cannot enter US ports and take on passengers. This can cost millions of dollars of revenue and plenty of bad press. Likewise, resorts and hospitality destinations do not like bad press and have to abide by local, state, and federal regulations. We can help develop an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan, train employees, and even do regularly scheduled inspections to ensure compliance before CDC or local inspections.

Our favorite time to get involved in a pest issue is before it escalates into a lawsuit. We would rather see each side amicably agree on a solution to a pest problem than each side spend tens of thousands of dollars in a lawsuit. We are often asked to help resolve pest issues involving Condo or Home Owner Associations (HOAs) and their members with opposing views, with commercial landlord/tenant disputes, or simply with difficult situations that no pest management professional has been able to resolve for you. We inspect and write a report detailing the pest species found, treatment options, pros and cons of each option, and our recommendations for how to move forward.
